Manually Import emails for campaigns
Client requested the have a feature to manually import a list once a week to add to the abandonment campaign. This would be good in instances where the customers call in for quotes and we can follow up through the campaign.
Zapier Sends based on indivudual fields
Be able to send Zapier data based on individual input fields.
Web Push Notifications
Add web push notification campaigns for abandoning website visitors
Send My Cart
An exit intent campaign that shows the visitor what items they had in their cart and asks if they want to enter their email to send the product info to their inbox. This is great for GDPR compliancy too :)
Update browser tab on page exit
Visitors are often browsing the web with multiple windows open. A great way to capture their attention after leaving their current page is to change the tab text and icon of the page they exit. This subtle reminder is often enough to bring a distracted user back to the site to finish their purchase. See the animated gif below that shows tab text changing. We can also update the favicon/icon image too (see the below screenshot).
Re-populate forms when user returns to site
If a user abandons the site and later returns (either by themself or through a recovery campaign), automatically re-populate the form fields that they entered data into during their last visit. This will save time for user (and reduce friction leading to abandonment).
Exit Intent Popup Followup Email
Send new 'Exit Intent Popup' subscribers an email containing their coupon/promo code, download links, etc.
New split (a/b) test type for send timing
Currently, you can set up an A/B test for the subject line or the email content, but it would be nice to have a 3rd option for testing out the best timing of emails (eg: test sending a cart recovery email at 20 minutes after the abandon vs 1 hour after the abandon).
Mobile friendly dashboard
The dashboard is unreadable on mobile resolutions. Make the app more mobile friendly :)
