New Dashboard Design

With the launch of our two new campaigns (SMS and Web Push) we've updated our dashboard to include metrics by channel in their own separate modules. Now, not only can you can see the total revenue recovered across all campaigns, but broken out by each channel/campaign as well.

We recently launched an all-new email editor to make editing your email templates easier! The new editor supports drag and drop elements, image uploads, and will soon include powerful custom elements (eg: cart item sections, and conditional content). Updated default site settings

If you have more than one site within your account the last site viewed will be the selected site the next time you log in. Previously, the latest site created would be selected by default. This should make multi-site management a bit smoother!
Zapier Integration

Now CartStack can integrate with Zapier to connect hundreds of different tools (eg: CRMs, email marketing service providers, etc) with CartStack. For example, automatically add a visitor's email address to your email marketing tool after they have received a cart reminder email sequence from CartStack so you can continue to market to them.
Website Tracking Alerts

If CartStack stops tracking cart abandoners or purchases the system will automatically email the account holder about the issue. Since some sites are busier than others, you will be able to set a timing threshold (eg: email me if no orders are tracked in last 7 days).
Email alerts are a great way to stay on top of things to make sure campaigns are running properly.
Added more data to recovered orders export

Now when you export you recovered order contact data the CSV file will include two new columns: Campaign Type (cart recovery, browse recovery, etc) and Last Reminder Sent (eg: reminder #1).
