I agree on this one. I really need to be able to test between two different times.

And not just by hour, but by day. Some marketing is longer range where email A is sent on Day 1 and email B is sent on day 3 or 4 or 5. We need to determine where the diminishing returns curve of time is in terms of days. Then it comes down to send early AM before people wake up and look at email, or send late morning for those who read email over lunch. These are different "buying" times and they have different response rates we need to measure, so both the days between as well as the hour of the day are crucial.
