Feature Ideas
Submit Idea- Send account alerts and updates to multiple email addresses.- Right now, only the account owner gets important account updates. We would like a way for multiple users to receive these alerts. Adam Giam- 0 
- User management needs more options for granting access- New agency account users are granted No Access to sites by default, and it takes a long time to manually grant Full Access to each site in a large account. There should be better controls around granting Access to multiple sites. Adam Giam- 0 
- Expand user control over Exit Intent Popups- Give users more control over Exit Intent Popups on the dashboard. Let them turn on/off, adjust designs, A/B test, and allow different popups on different pages. Adam Giam- 11 
- One-time abandoned product email blast- Ability to send a targeted email blast to visitors that abandoned a specific product during specific time period. For example, if you changed the price of a product you might want to email everyone that has recently abandoned that product about the price reduction. Brett Thoreson- 3 
- Re-populate forms when user returns to site- If a user abandons the site and later returns (either by themself or through a recovery campaign), automatically re-populate the form fields that they entered data into during their last visit. This will save time for user (and reduce friction leading to abandonment). Brett Thoreson- 2 
- Form analytics to discover drop-off points- Create a new checkout form analytics report that shows each field as a step in the checkout process and where users are most likely to abandon. Brett Thoreson- 1 
- Products abandoned reporting- A report to show which products are abandoned most often Nathan R- 4 
- New split (a/b) test type for send timing- Currently, you can set up an A/B test for the subject line or the email content, but it would be nice to have a 3rd option for testing out the best timing of emails (eg: test sending a cart recovery email at 20 minutes after the abandon vs 1 hour after the abandon). - Add the rest of the site metrics to the Aggregate Report Export- Adjust the Agg report export to include all site metrics Adam Giam- 1 
- Abandonment surveys- Create simple on-page abandonment surveys to gather qualitative data from users. For example, as someone is exiting the site, display a one question survey - "What is stopping you from buying product X today?" Brett Thoreson- 1 
- Accurate Visitor Tracking Information and Transparancy- This visitor journey and recent activity information in the dashboard should be fixed to be more accurate, (using cart tracking over visitor tracking) and include the emails that were clicked. This way it can be used for troubleshooting and to give better insight to clients who are viewing the dashboard. We should also add GA tracking functionality on email open. Adam Giam- 1

- Exporting Customer Details- Including cart total or cart items when exporting send archive or recovered order data Catherine O- 1 
- Social Proof Popup- Show a small popup when a customer completes an action on a site like a purchase. Give proof to customers that others are buying etc Douglas W- 4 
- Messenger Integration- I've heard the Messenger channel to be 4-10x more effective than email. I'd love to see a Messenger integration and automation feature! Michael M- 1
