SMS messaging as an option for Popups
Instead of collecting email addresses, include an option to collect phone numbers (and opt-in) for SMS marketing.
Timed Browse Emails
Allow users to set a time in order for a browse email to be sent. i.e. visitor must spend more than 6 seconds on the page.
Conditional content in emails
Ability to add conditions (basic markup) in email templates to display different content based on different scenarios. For example, display coupon code if the user's abandoned cart is greater than $100; or if the user has a specific product SKU in their cart then display a free shipping message, etc.
Unsubscribe Webhook / Zapier Integration
Add functionality to import/export unsubscribes from other mail services with a webhook or with zapier.
Accurate Vistitor Tracking Information
This visitor journey information in the dashboard should be fixed to be more accurate. This way it can be used for troubleshooting and to give better insight.

we would like to run a report and export to csv or xls for all accounts, with a date range to see the kpis like # of recovered orders and revenue etc....we would really like to have the available asap..basically a global/master level account report
Stored Coupon Codes
Add a section in CartStack to upload multiple coupon codes to be used dynamically in email templates. The advantage would be that each consumer who receives an email gets a unique code that no one else can use. Currently, the code is generic and could therefore be used by other people if they get a hold of it.
Countdown Timer for discount pop-up

Add filter options to screen recording / live session recording report to view only cart abandoners, purchasers, specific page URL visitors, etc
