New split (a/b) test type for send timing
Currently, you can set up an A/B test for the subject line or the email content, but it would be nice to have a 3rd option for testing out the best timing of emails (eg: test sending a cart recovery email at 20 minutes after the abandon vs 1 hour after the abandon).
Low/No Inventory Room Notificationss
Similar to back in stock notifications, but for hotels whose rooms are unavailable for the selected dates.
If a user begins checkout for a 2-night stay, prompt them to add a 3rd night with a discount code for 10% off the reservation. Subsequently, if a user begins checkout for a 3-night stay, prompt them to add a 4th night, etc.

Combine all sites under one account into one weekly-report email summary.
Data About Products Added to Cart
What we really need is data on what products are being added to the carts so that we can address any product-specific issues to minimize cart abandonment.
Add tab abandonment metrics
Add metrics that show how many people click back to the site after the tab sound/text pops.
Monthly Email Reports with Conversion Tips
It would be nice to receive more of a bi-weekly or monthly roll-up on how our property is doing with the conversion rate and areas that we could improve on.
