Agency / Multi-Site Reporting Capabilities
we would like to run a report and export to csv or xls for all accounts, with a date range to see the kpis like # of recovered orders and revenue etc....we would really like to have the available asap..basically a global/master level account report
Campaign Stop Date/Time
Have the ability to end a campaign by setting a stop date/time within the dashboard. This will allow easier management for temporary promotions.
Expand user contol over Exit Intent Popups
Give users more control over Exit Intent Popups on the dashboard. Let them turn on/off, adjust designs, A/B test, and allow different popups on different pages.
Exit Intent Popup Followup Email
Send new 'Exit Intent Popup' subscribers an email containing their coupon/promo code, download links, etc.
Forward SMS response messages via email or phone.
Forward messages from customers responding to an SMS campaign to an email address or phone number with the response and contact information.
Re-populate forms when user returns to site
If a user abandons the site and later returns (either by themself or through a recovery campaign), automatically re-populate the form fields that they entered data into during their last visit. This will save time for user (and reduce friction leading to abandonment).
Move "Send" on/off toggle to Dashboard View
Currently if you want to "activate" or "deactivate" any one message in a campaign you must open the specific email (i.e. #1, #2 of the cart abandon sequence for instance) within that campaign, then toggle on/off the "Send" button, then click "save", then click "back to campaign". That's 4 clicks just to turn one message on or off. Just put the "Send" toggle under the "Edit" button for each message in the campaign on the campaign dashboard view. Then you can quickly toggle on/off any one message in any campaign. Don't make it so you have to "save". This is helpful when having a sale and don't want to send certain messages offering a discount code, etc. during the sale. When designing any function a primary consideration should be to require as few clicks as possible to complete the task. Turning a message on/off should be a one-click task.
SMS messaging as an option for Popups
Instead of collecting email addresses, include an option to collect phone numbers (and opt-in) for SMS marketing.
Get Emails Partnership/Integration
Get Emails automatically tracks visitors on your site and cross references multiple data points to get their email. It's completely within CAN-SPAMM act guidelines. But with my short experience with Cart Stack it seems you are open to creating/implementing cool and different features. If there could be a way to track visitors with an integration with Get Emails, it would be getting more email addresses with exactly what they browsed and did to send them a relevant message, that could be a huge win. CartStack customers get "free" access to Get Emails which further expands the effectiveness of campaigns.
