A/B testing Improvements
Have the option of sending an all A campaign or an all B campaign over multiple emails.
a good thing could be a chat. You could create (automated) notifications based on the country or other criteria.
Account wide blacklist or email suppression.
Add a place where agencies can add email addresses that will be excluded from all sites/campaigns in their account, and future sites/campaigns.
Re-populate forms when user returns to site
If a user abandons the site and later returns (either by themself or through a recovery campaign), automatically re-populate the form fields that they entered data into during their last visit. This will save time for user (and reduce friction leading to abandonment).
Expand user contol over Exit Intent Popups
Give users more control over Exit Intent Popups on the dashboard. Let them turn on/off, adjust designs, A/B test, and allow different popups on different pages.
Add tab abandonment metrics
Add metrics that show how many people click back to the site after the tab sound/text pops.
Conditional content in emails
Ability to add conditions (basic markup) in email templates to display different content based on different scenarios. For example, display coupon code if the user's abandoned cart is greater than $100; or if the user has a specific product SKU in their cart then display a free shipping message, etc.
Exit Intent Popup Followup Email
Send new 'Exit Intent Popup' subscribers an email containing their coupon/promo code, download links, etc.
